ABOVE AND BEYOND THE ORDINARY
There is no such thing as a standard warehouse. Every one is different, adapted by its construction and equipment to suit the requirements of the goods being stored and the flow of material. This is why STILL does not supply standard trucks, but highly individual and intelligent Systems Technology. Whatever you visualise, with the MX-X order picking trucks you will be able to achieve it. Starting at 500 kg, its rated capacity climbs in steps of 100 kg. Maximum loadings are not reached until 1250 kg (telescopic forks) and 1500 kg (turret head).

AS INDIVIDUAL AS YOUR WAREHOUSE
The trucks are manufactured to order, so they correspond to your actual need - you are neither under nor over supplied. The MX-X thus incorporates perfect economy. Its modular arrangement also comes into effect for the individual overall height - with a total of five mast modules. Thus pallets can be quickly moved to previously unheard of heights - over 15 metres - and safely down again. At best, you guide us through your warehouse and we calculate what you need and supply it to you.

STEERS EVERYTHING ON THE RIGHT PATH
Fitted to the MX-X is STILL's proven, fully redundant steering system. The system has a two channel set-up which continually compares target and actual values. It is fail safe in operation - on the basis of a 2 processor architecture (main and control computer).

The MX-X can be used within the familiar mechanical guide rails, but is also available with inductive automatic guidance. This completely new technology, developed to the EN standard, enables fast, safe and tolerant on-track characteristics. However narrow and winding the aisles might be, the MX-X moves with the greatest of ease and with fail-safe reliability - again thanks to two processors. The CAN bus technology also ensures safety and productivity. Thanks to central control, monitoring and diagnosis the MX-X can devote itself more intensively to the work and requires very little maintenance time. With the flexibile MX-X, we have built a machine to solve your material flow and logistics problems. You should expect nothing less.

A HIGHER TURN-ROUND OF GOODS IN NARROW AISLES: THE MX-Q
The MX-Q order picking stacker truck with telescopic forks is perfect for narrow aisles:

The MX-Q's design allows warehouse aisles to be up to 25cm narrower, creating additional storage space. Direct access into the racking on both sides (without having to swivel the forks) also saves a lot of time and considerably increases the turn-round of goods. The two variants of telescopic fork (180 and 380 mm) provide even greater flexibility and optimal utilisation of the height of the storage space.
